Mushrooms and truffle sauce

Our truffle sauces, are the products more versatile and appetizing, ready to use, simple and perfect to accompany appetizers, finger food, first courses, meat (especially chicken and rabbit) and fish (perfect also for sushi). To exalt the quality we advise you to warm the product for a few minutes. Store opened jars in the fridge and use within 15 days of opening.

Ingredients: mushrooms champignons (Agaricus bisporus) 58%, corn oil, summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, black olives, sea salt, anchovies, acid: citric acid, sunflower oil, flavourings, herbs, stabiliser: ferrous gluconate.
