Cod filled in cooking oil over potatoes cream with tartumix seasoning

4 people ingredients:

  • 4 cod fillet 150gr each
  • 3 leeks
  • 80 g EVO (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1,5 lt to make the cooking oil
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 3 sage leaves
  • 1 rosemary branch
  • Pepper corn
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 g toasted hazelnuts
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper as required
  • 80 g sliced truffle in oil
  • 40 g tartumix seasoning
