Low temperature pork filet with gorgonzola cheese and truffle cream

4 people ingredients:

  • 1 kg pork filet
  • 150 g gorgonzola cheese
  • 250 ml cream
  • Salt as required

Suggested products and weight per portion:

  • 20 g tartufata sauce
  • 10 g truffle butter 10g
  • 5 g sliced truffle in oil (to decorate)
