Truffle, chickpeas and salmon

4 people Ingredients:

  • 500 g marinated salmon in brine 500g
  • 150 g boiled potatoes
  • 150 g boiled chickpeas
  • EVO extra virgin olive oil as required

Suggested products and weight per portion:

  • 10 g Tartufata sauce
  • 5 g Sliced truffle in oil (to decorate)
