Rack of pork rib scented with thyme, truffle and juniper

4 people ingredients:

  • 1,5 kg rack of pork rib
  • 15 pcs Juniper berries
  • 3 small branches of thyme
  • Condiment olive oil flavoured with truffle as required
  • Salt as required

  • 20 g Tartufata sauce
  • Condiment olive oil flavoured with truffle
  • 5 g sliced truffle in oil (to decorate)
