Truffle, ricotta cheese, prawns and asparagus ravioli

4 people ingredients:

  • 500 g ravioli (fresh pasta)
  • 8 prawns
  • 300 g asparagus
  • Onion as required
  • EVO: extra virgin olive oil as required
  • Salt as required
  • 10 g truffle butter

  • 10 g truffle butter
  • 15 g tartufata sauce
  • Sliced truffle in oil (to decorate)
