Veal straccetti salad with fruits, truffle and cheese

4 people ingredients:

  • 600 g thinly sliced veal
  • 1 pear
  • 1 apple
  • 50 g almonds
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • Extra virgin olive oil as required
  • 5 g condiment olive oil flavoured with truffle

Suggested products and weight per portion:

  • 5 g condiment olive oil flavoured with white truffle
  • 5 g summer truffle salt
  • 5 g sliced truffle in oil (to decorate )
