  • 200 g boiled potatoes
  • 50 g mayonnaise (if required)

Suggested products and weight per portion:

  • 25 g truffle white sauce
  • 5 g condiment olive oil flavoured with truffle
  • 5 g sliced truffle in oil (to decorate)
